The MAIA.AI story
It all started with a frustration shared by thousands of French people. Antoine and Matthieu, our two founders, regularly experienced the same situation: impossible to reach their favorite restaurant to order takeout, their garage to make an appointment, or their medical practice for a consultation. Calls would ring endlessly without ever getting an answer.
Their professional constraints prevented them from calling during regular business hours. And even when they managed to reach a business, it was often overwhelmed, putting them on hold for several minutes. A frustrating experience for both customers and merchants who were losing business opportunities.
The MAIA.AI project was born from this dual problem in 2024: creating a solution that benefits both businesses and their customers. That year, Antoine and Matthieu shaped the concept and began development — an intelligent virtual assistant, available 24/7, capable of answering calls, taking orders, and managing reservations with the same efficiency as a human, but never overwhelmed.
In 2026, the company MAIA SOLUTION was created to drive the commercial launch of the solution. Designed sector by sector — restaurants, tradespeople, salons, veterinary clinics, dental labs, and many more — MAIA.AI is entering its commercial launch. Continuous improvement is not a milestone for us but a permanent commitment: refining our French technology to match the real needs of every business owner.
