How do I configure my MAIA.AI assistant?
After registration, you will receive a welcome email with your credentials. Log in to the client dashboard and follow the 3-step configuration wizard: personalize your AI, set up your business sector, and test your first call.
How long does installation take?
Complete setup takes an average of one week depending on your configuration complexity. Our team handles everything: personalized AI configuration, thorough testing, and complete training. The timeline may vary according to your specific needs and availability to validate tests.
Do I need special equipment?
No, no equipment is necessary. MAIA.AI works entirely in the cloud. You manage everything from your web browser or our mobile app.
Billing
How does billing work?
We offer three plans: Starter at €79/month, Professional at €99/month, and Expert at €149/month. These prices are for annual payment (best rate). If you prefer monthly payment without commitment, there is a 20% surcharge. In addition to the subscription, each call is billed at €0.20 per minute. You receive a detailed invoice each month with a precise breakdown of your calls.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can change plans at any time. The change takes effect the following month (unless you have already paid for the entire annual subscription).
Is there a commitment period?
For monthly payment, no commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For annual payment, the commitment is one year.
Technical
What languages are supported?
MAIA.AI understands and replies in more than 20 languages and automatically detects your caller's language (French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese…). In French, it also handles regional accents perfectly. Ideal for tourist areas, border regions or an international clientele.
How does MAIA.AI handle complex calls?
Our AI is trained to handle the majority of cases. If a situation exceeds its capabilities, it can transfer the call to your team or schedule a callback according to your preferences.
Can I customize the assistant's voice?
Yes, you can choose from several voices (male/female) and adjust the tone (professional, warm, dynamic). Advanced voice customization options are coming soon.

Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our servers are hosted in Europe and GDPR compliant. We never share your data with third parties.
Can I access call audio recordings?
Audio recordings and full transcripts are not currently made available to clients. This feature is under evaluation for a future release, in compliance with GDPR and caller consent requirements. However, you do have access to a complete call log (date, time, duration, caller identifier, qualified request, status: handled / pending).
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export your call log and structured data (orders, bookings, appointments taken by Maia) at any time from the dashboard, in CSV or JSON format. Exports do not include audio recordings or full transcripts (see previous question).
