Thanks to advanced artificial intelligence, it understands customer requests, takes orders, manages reservations and transfers urgent calls if necessary. Setup is done with our team: we configure your assistant tailored to your business (industry vocabulary, hours, urgency rules, calendar integrations) in about a week. You then try this first version on a dedicated test number and we adjust it free of charge (V2, V3...) until it suits you. The assistant then goes live on your real phone number for a one-week free trial in real conditions: if you continue, your subscription starts the following week; if not, we uninstall it and you pay nothing.

MAIA.AI is multilingual and automatically detects the customer's language. It speaks fluent French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and many other languages. Ideal for tourist areas or international businesses.
